"I am going to say that if any one needs something sold, see Bobbie!! Call it luck, blessed, hard work or all of the above. If you want it done then Bobbie can make it happen. I had been trying to sell this lot for quite some time. When I got to the point that it had to go the first thing that came to mind was "Bobbie." I am thankful for what she did. . . she got is SOLD! I have always thought a lot of Bobbie from the day she moved in to town and I miss my Niceville "Realtor Family." Bobbie, Dawn, Ginny Lee - you guys filled a spot in my heart that will never go away and I am thankful to have had you in my life. "I could tell I was somewhat less than the ideal client by the way other realtors did not treat me as a serious potential buyer. Who could blame them, with so many obstacles to overcome for me to actually get financed? When I met Bobbie, I explained my situation and for the first time, I was not treated like I was just there wasting time. She took an active interest in my uniquely challenging set of circumstances. With her vast knowledge of veteran˙s benefits offered by the state of Florida, she was able to point out benefits that I, and obviously other realtors were unaware of. This made the obstacles I was facing workable. I never dreamed I would be able to find a house I love, and could afford as well. Who would have thought my guardian angle would manifest it˙s self in the form of a realtor, named Bobbie Housand.
I had just moved here from Texas where I was renting an apartment for $920.00 a month. I was tired of spending so much money for rent with nothing to show for it. I desperately wanted someplace stable where I would not have to worry about the rent increasing every time the lease was up. I drove by a ?for sale˙ sign in front of an older house that looked like it needed some work. I remember hoping that there would be enough wrong with it the seller might be willing to owner finance it since my credit left much to be desired. My expectations were pretty low at this point because of my prior experiences. I called the number on the sign and that˙s when I met Bobbie. She could tell that I was less than thrilled with the house, but desperately needing to find something. She sent me an email with about 50 listing that were in my price range. I went through them and narrowed it down to 20. At the time, my vehicle was broke down and Bobbie personally picked me and my mother up and drove us around to look at all of those houses. After finding the house that was a perfect fit, she called creditors to work out payment arrangements on some old accounts. Bobbie also introduced me to a really great lender, Billi Hoover with Access Mortgage, who also called creditors and was able to negotiate thousands of dollars off old accounts. Bobbie wrote a full page letter along with the bid for the house to explain my particular situation. After the bid was accepted, she made three extra trips to the house so we could look at it because we were so excited. Knowing that I was a first time home buyer, she did the walkthrough with me and pointed out things I would have never notice. Even after we moved in, she followed up with the builder to make sure we got our appliances.
