Hello...and Welcome to Emerald Dunes Real Estate & Development! My name is Marcella Phelps, and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve you. I am originally from the Netherlands and came to the United States to play tennis. I graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC with a BS in Business Administration. I moved to the Emerald Coast in 2002 and fell in love with the sugar white sands of our miles of beautiful beaches and emerald green waters. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I chose to focus on the business of vacations. I specialize in vacation rental management and it would be my pleasure to assist you with all of your rental needs. I offer personalized service and the expertise of working in the vacation rental management field on the Emerald Coast for the last seven years. I have two rambunctious boys that occupy most of my free time and you can find me on the beach, at the golf course, or on the tennis court when I'm not working.
