My name is Kevin Kelleher, and I am the Property Manager here at Emerald Dunes Real Estate. My family and I have lived here in Niceville for 10 years now. I have owned and managed investment properties for the last 20 years. I am a Certified Property Management Specialist. My real estate experience also includes commercial property management. I worked for several years for a real estate development company managing the finances of 22 holding companies including a full service restaurant. Before I moved to Florida I was a Police Officer in NYC. All of this experience has enabled me to successfully manage investment property.
Our goal here at Emerald Dunes Real Estate is to put together a select portfolio of investment properties that we can properly manage by offering personal attention, and helping our clients achieve the maximum return on their investment properties. Quality, not quantity is our goal. We believe in communicating with our owners on a regular basis, including sending photos whenever we inspect the home, or any repair work is completed.
