Hillary Olds, Sales Associate

Hillary has a broad knowledge base in real estate ranging from commercial appraising to land planning and development. She earned her BLA in landscape architecture from the University of Florida. She has 12 years of experience in the land development field with a transportation-engineering firm and has experience in all aspects of land development including zoning, design, permitting, engineering and construction. She is a native Floridian who currently resides in Niceville after moving with her family from Tampa in 1999. After moving to the Panhandle, she earned her Certified General Appraiser license and has six years of experience in commercial market appraisals, undivided partial interest, insurable value, casualty loss, estate and condemnation. Hillary is currently an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. Her diverse experience in land development and appraising helps her better serve her customers in selling and purchasing for single family use, commercial investment purposes, employment relocation or property management needs.
