Niceville is known for its "small town" atmosphere where your neighbors are your friends and you can't walk into a store or restaurant without seeing some one you know.  It is a great place to raise your children - and your family comes first.

Schools in our area are all ranked A+ and sports are very important too.  The High School football, softball, volleyball, soccer, and baseball teams all thrive.  Okaloosa-Walton College has brought us a 4 year degree and its Nusing Program is second to none!

We also have the Mattie Kelly Performing Arts Center that lends us a "big city" experience; concerts, performers, and stage productions let you get in that Metropolitian feel. 

We are just a few minutes over the beautiful Midbay Bridge to the white sandy beaches of Destin or a few minutes the other direction to Fort Walton Beach or Crestview.
